It’s common to feel unsure in your body, forget the poses, or feel hesitant about stepping into a studio.
Yoga Foundations was created as a calm and supportive place to begin.
These sessions allow you to slow down, ask questions, build familiarity with movement, and receive personal guidance so you can feel more confident and at ease in your practice.
This offering is for you if:
You are new to yoga and want a thoughtful introduction
You are returning to yoga after time away
You feel nervous about walking into a studio
You want to better understand poses and transitions
You prefer individualized support before joining group classes

Yoga Foundations Package
What’s included:
4 private yoga sessions
One-on-one, personalized support
Breakdown of foundational movements including Sun Salutations, Chaturanga, and Vinyasa transitions
Pose breakdowns and foundational alignment
Space to move at your own pace and ask questions
Focus on confidence, not performance

$400 for the 4-session package
Sessions are used within a 6-week period.
